Air Filter Maintenance
It is important to clean your air filter weekly. The blower system in your glass washer depends on a good consistent flow of air to achieve optimal air flow from the blower system. The blower sends air flow to the air knives to dry your glass. By checking your filter weekly you can avoid a costly repair to your blower system. The air filter can be cleaned with compressed air or you may wash it. It is recommended to keep a spare air filter on hand to use while the dirt one is being cleaned. Eventually when the air filter wears beyond normally cleaning it will need to be replaced with a new one.

In an effort to assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting on their equipment or machinery we are now providing over the phone assistance from a qualified technician. This request page is for customer's who have purchased equipment directly from Hilditch Enterprises.
Once you submit your request please allow 24 hours for us to contact you to set up a time for us to call you back. If you require emergency assistance for your machine, please call prior to ensure someone is available.
The technician will require you to check certain components on the machine at the time of the call. Please ensure you have access to the machine at that time.
Hilditch Enterprises does offer a parts warranty on our machinery, as per our original contract signed at the time of purchase. We must first diagnosis the issue and then consult with the manufacture to determine if the parts are covered under warranty. As we do not do any onsite warranty diagnosis we do require the customer to assist.
