Edge Detail:

There are two edge options: Arris or Round

Fixed Bevel: 5 °

or Variable Bevel:3° – 45°

Design Features:

• Glass working direction: Left to Right
• Bevel Max 45mm ( 1.77”) 
• Pneumatic controls: automatic controlled
  pneumatic cylinders for felt wheels and
  arris wheel control. The computerized
  controls allow for monitoring of product
  quantity, hours worked and type of work as
  well as providing diagnostic information in
  the event of machine error.

Design Features:

– Drive: lubricated chain, with hardened and
ground guides
– Grease pump for the lubrication of the
track chains
– Steel pads with vulcanized anti-oil rubber
coating equipped with bearings sealed
against: water and impurities. These
bearings provide perfect track alignment.
High precision back pads (restricted
dimensional tolerance) on lubricated
guides .
– Automatic timer Oil Pump for the
lubricated guides
– Grinding compartments: stainless steel
constructed grinding compartments with
full access and visibility to facilitate wheel
change.
– Stainless steel external cerium oxide and water recirculating tank with immersion
pump, equipped with filter and mixer

Controls
All electrical controls are located in machine mounted switch boxes. Built to CE standards. Three phase, 60 cycle
