In an effort to assist customers with technical questions and troubleshooting on their Somaca/ CRL machinery we are now providing over the phone assistance from a qualified technician.
You can purchase in 1/2 hour increments which includes: consultation over the phone, research on parts, and an emailed report. In the event you require drawings or electrical schematics we can provide those for an additional charge. Time starts from initial call and if you require more assistance we will bill accordingly.
The technician is available Tuesday & Thursday mornings. If you require emergency assistance for your machine, please call prior to ensure someone is available.
