HTL is the series of horizontal glass washing and drying machines suitable for the cleaning and drying of all types of flat glass connect in line with other machines or stand alone.
Loading Conveyor
The loading conveyor is welded stainless steel which provides the transport of glass into the machine using anti-static, anti-glass marking, vulcanized and rectified rubber rollers. The roller shafts are made of stainless steel. The covers which house the bevel gears, chains and pinions are also made of stainless steel. The loading conveyor can be made at any length to suit your location space and needs.
Washing & Rinsing Section ( Main Body)
The complete machine body is made of stainless steel, equipped with aluminum upper covers. The water tanks are made of stainless steel. The wash cycle is achieved with (2) pairs of cylindrical and rectified wash brushes. The wash brushes are made with one continues piece of stainless steel shaft that supports the brush assemblies. The water spraying system is also made of a custom made stainless steel spraying bar.
Drying Section
The drying consists of 4 stainless steel air knives ( 2 upper & 2 lower), arranged in a Z pattern to ensure a perfect quality of drying to all glass surfaces. The drying air is supplied by a high performing fan that is mounted above the machine. To reduce the noise level with the blower, it is manufactured with a sound proof material.

All electrical controls are located in machine mounted switch boxes. Built to OSHA requirements, utilizing CE, CSA and UL Certified components.
