System Description: 

Giardina G02/05 roller coating application line which includes the following: 

• Precision roller coater with reverse dosing roller -  1800 mm wide 
• Precision double roller coater with reverse and forward dosing rollers  – 2200 mm wide 
• Curing/Drying oven  
• Belt conveyance tables 
• Anti-static system 
• Accessory roller table with pop-up rollers – can be utilized at the front or rear of the line. 
• Application rollers and stand 
• 5 rollers  - 1800 mm – grooved and non-grooved 
• 5 rollers – 2200 mm – grooved and non-grooved 
• Spreader Bar for rollers    

System Voltages: 

•        Per the utility drawings the main system is 480 V system.  

Short Description: 

The equipment was manufactured in 2006/7 and start-up was completed in 2008. 

Although the system is 15 years old it is very reliable and in good condition as it has only processed approximately 9 thousand meters of glass. 

The double roller applicator gives you the flexibility to run frit type product or silicone backing material. 

The smaller unit has improved capabilities for running thin frit applications. 

The system is currently still fully accessible and powered so it may be evaluated by potential purchasers.
