The centrifuge machine offers a glass grinds filtration system that greatly reduces the regular maintenance needed for typical glass grinds removal processes. By properly filtering and separating glass grinds, you can produce predictable grinding wheel, as well as the best edge quality.

This centrifuge system reduces the need of additional labor and downtime to remove glass grindings from your water tank and wheel compartment. When glass grinding harden they become solid and turn into hard cement which is often only able to be removed with chipping it off which is a very messy process. 

Machine Operation:
Your machine water is pumped to the rotating drum inside the separator by a dedicated submersible pump. The glass grinding are pushed against the drum walls by the effect of the centrifugal force letting the purified water flow. The machine will capture the glass sludge inside the drum inside the machine. Once the drum is full of sludge you would replace is with a clean drum prior to restarting the machine.
